The Web Design Process

  1. The Client (you) provides Yami no Tenshi Designs (me) with a brief.
  2. I examine the brief and check my interpretation of the brief with you, as well as asking for any additional information I may need.
  3. Once the brief has been finalised between us, I draw up an initial design and quote. At this design stage, I will make any amendments requested, or produce 1 full re-design if you do not think the first design is suitable.
  4. Once the quote is accepted and signed, additional changes to the design are extra and therefore chargeable.
  5. Work on the website will commence once I have received the initial deposit. Usually, this will be half of the agreed quote.
  6. The rest of the agreed quote is payable upon site completion, and will include any amendments requested during the site's creation.
  7. The website will then be signed over to you. At this point if you wish me to be involved with the website's maintenance, we will discuss these terms and draw up a new contract.
